Positive: Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting , staff very helpful , extremely comfortable bed

Negative: The food was very disappointing , it wasn’t at the standard I had expected. The breakfast was basic , yogurt in plastic pots , no one offered us any hot food . There were tea and coffee facilities in the room but no milk , when we asked for some we were told we had to come and get it and it was given to us in a breakfast bowl , which we found strange . The 5 course evening meal was ok, but wasn’t as tasty as the complexity of the ingredients would suggest

Positive: This was a newly opened hotel which was modern and stylish. Our junior suite was large with a very comfortable bed and bedding. It had the largest shower we’ve ever seen!! All the facilities were first class. We were made to feel instantly at home by the staff Emma looked after all our needs along with Julie, and Julie 2. Owen orchestrated the whole restaurants fine dinning meal single handed which was no mean feat. All the staff is a credit to the hotel. We look forward to another visit to make some more happy memories.
